Challenge: To incorporate a classroom and laboratory into the Campus facilities that fostered entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation through innovative learning methodologies.

Results: We facilitated co-creation sessions and design of an innovation laboratory for the discovery, exploration and generation of new solutions, through interdisciplinary work between the educational environment, entrepreneurship, business and research both locally and internationally. thanks to the unique ecosystem of TecnoCampus. The space, which resembles a young student’s apartment, is mostly equipped with IKEA furniture, with a striking color to inspire and trigger the spark of creativity and work sessions that invite participants to reflect on what problems they can solve. in the environment that surrounds us, both at company level and at the social level, through innovative learning sessions.
Classroom layout is multifunctional and flexible offering a wide variety of possibilities for learning by doing, active learning, and design thinking among other actions, thanks to the possibilities offered by the layout, inviting users to work, thanks to the flexibility of the classroom, in a dynamic, visual and participatory format! The main areas are conceived to co-create and group work projects – not only in the classroom itself, but also connecting with other spaces and work groups through the TV screen and the webcam. For the exhibition of works and generation of ideas, it is possible to prototype, expose, visualize and draw contents in all the walls of the room and even in movable boards. The space also includes a kitchen provide food during the creative process and allow generating sessions like creative working lunches. With InnoLab, the university currently has an innovative space that helps position TecnoCampus as a contemporary and innovative institution that evolves according to market needs.
