Challenge: To facilitate the co-creation process to meet the needs of potential consumers; to define the innovation needs of four products as part of the business expansion strategy of the Arçelik company in the Spanish market through the BEKO brand.

Results: We created work areas designed in real scale that represented the homes of the Spanish consumer for each of the household appliances under the study: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. We developed and facilitated the dynamics, tools and materials for the generation of joint ideas for the team of innovation and product design of Arçelik, the marketing team of Beko, and the potential consumers. In addition, we created prototypes on a real scale. We also created and implemented “Ideation cards” – an ideation card game that allowed people to elaborate from the ideas that emerged in the co-creation sessions and design an innovation map with the analysis and projection of the business models to follow.
