Descargar Case StudyChallenge: To surprise employees with an innovative convention format and to invite them to think jointly about the future challenges of the institution and generate ideas as a starting point of the new strategic plan of the institution.
Results: We ran a “creative day” for 150 people that included ad-hoc dynamics co-created with the client around their motto “Back to the future.” We involved all participants and encouraged them to contribute and generate ideas for the future based on three foci of reflection: 1. People 2. Companies 3. The territory of the local and global ecosystem of TecnoCampus.
We facilitated the co-creation of the dynamicsworking tools elaboration, resulted from the design meetings with the client, the creative facilitators and project management of the event. The production of the inspirational video “trends and future” featured leading experts in different sectors, developed in collaboration with m1TV and TecnoCampus, to inspire participants to reflect on the ideation sessions.
