Challenge: To give a presentation and facilitate a participatory session to jointly generate ideas around the question: “How do we hold different meetings?”
Results: We gave a presentation on visual thinking and facilitated a work session for 120 people. Additionally, we created a large visual map composed of the ideas drawn by the participants, who were owners of event companies and accommodation spaces in the territory of Catalonia. Our facilitation of a living experience of how visual tools work offered the opportunity to foster creativity and innovation for the design of new proposals in the meetings tourism sector!
